By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Poke the Animals application (the “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the App immediately and uninstall it from your device.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the App publisher. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current terms, including any future updates.
Poke the Animals is an entertainment mobile game that lets users pick and name virtual animal characters, then interact with them through swipe/tap gestures to scratch or groom them and accumulate points. The game includes features such as a global leaderboard, a public chat room, a Live Watch mode to watch other players, a multi-language system, and a customizable tool inventory.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or work flawlessly on every device. Some features require a stable Internet connection for online syncing, leaderboard participation, chat, and live watching.
The App does not require a traditional account login, but to use certain online features such as the public chat or sending comments while watching, you may be asked to enter a display name. The display name must comply with the code of conduct, may not exceed 14 characters, and must not contain offensive content or infringe third-party intellectual property.
If you are under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), you may only use the App under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
“User content” includes but is not limited to: chat messages, comments, animal names, custom images uploaded from your device, emoji reactions, and any other information you create or transmit through the App.
You retain ownership of content you create. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and process that content for operating, promoting, and improving the App.
We have the right (but no obligation) to moderate, refuse to publish, or remove any content that we deem to violate these terms or that is harmful to the user community.
You agree not to engage in, and not to encourage others to engage in, any of the following:
All content, interface, graphics, design, source code, trademarks, music, sounds, animal artwork, and tool inventory in the App are the exclusive property of the publisher or its lawful licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile, disassemble, or exploit the App for any commercial purpose outside the personal-use license explicitly granted in these terms.
The App may offer in-app purchases through Google Play Billing or other official payment platforms. All transactions are processed by the platform provider and subject to their payment policies.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region, tax rate, and exchange rate.
For refunds or payment disputes, please contact the distribution platform directly. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
The global leaderboard displays scores and pet names. We reserve the right to review, adjust, or remove leaderboard entries if cheating or violations are detected.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of online data. In case of maintenance or outages, data may be interrupted or partially lost.
The Live Watch feature lets users observe another player's screen anonymously at random. When you play, your state (score, character state, viewer count) may be broadcast to other viewers in real time.
We are not responsible for comments from third-party viewers, but we will make reasonable efforts to moderate and remove violating content when reported.
The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” The publisher disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or fully compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher and related parties will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you in any case will not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the App in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we find that you have violated these terms.
You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through direct negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be brought to a competent court in Vietnam.
